We provide a tracking number for every order we ship. While we will do our best to help you, we are not responsible for shipping/delivery issues. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered, but you cannot find your package in the mailbox, please contact your local post office or shipping center with the tracking number for any lost delivery inquiries. We assure you that your order is included in the package when we ship it.
