Returns & Refunds Policy


You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and we will refund 100% of your order value.

We accept refunds and returns for damaged items, we sent the wrong item, or the wrong size.

We only accept returns after 30 days from the date the customer receives the goods.

In any of the above cases, in order to complete your return, we need your order number and proof of the defective item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are not responsible if items are lost and no refunds will be provided in such cases.

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. Depending on the card issuer, this refund may take some time.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially released.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift points for the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will notify you of the return.

Put these items in a box with an email confirmation or original receipt, along with instructions on what you would like us to do to correct your situation. We cannot process exchanges or refunds without your receipt.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, it may take different times for your exchanged products to reach you.

If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
